P-E-T Active Products cc currently offers shipping services exclusively within South Africa. Customers residing outside South Africa are encouraged to contact us directly to decide for self-collection or courier collection. Please note that additional charges may apply for international shipping or courier services, and these can be discussed upon inquiry.
Delivery Charges
Shipping fees are calculated according to the dimensions, weight, and volume of the package. Larger or bulkier items may result in increased shipping costs due to their size and weight, as well as any special handling requirements they may have. Refund/Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing P-E-T Active Products cc. We value your satisfaction and aim to make your experience with us as smooth as possible. Below are important details regarding our refund and exchange policy.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please notify us within 2 days to initiate an exchange. We prioritise ensuring that you receive products of the highest quality, and we’ll promptly address any issues with defective items.
Eligibility for Refund/Exchange
To qualify for a refund or exchange, you must initiate the process within 7 days of purchase and return the product within 14 calendar days. The product must be returned in its original condition, undamaged, and with all accompanying materials.
Non-Eligible Items
Certain items, such as manufactured products or special request orders, may not be eligible for refund or exchange due to their customised nature or risk of contamination. We strive to maintain product integrity and consumer safety. Additionally, any packaging that has been used or has any foreign substance in it, including labels and additional packaging, will not be accepted as a return.
Environmental Sensitivity
Please be aware that certain plastic items, especially those made from P.E.T material, are sensitive to environmental factors such as sunlight, light exposure, and heat, which may lead to product deformation. Handle these items with care to ensure their longevity. Additionally, PET bottles are prone to scratching, so care must be taken in handling to maintain their appearance.
Delivery and Return Responsibility
Once products leave our premises, whether through delivery or self-collection, we cannot be held liable for loss or damage during transit. Delivery costs are non-refundable, and any costs associated with returning items are the responsibility of the consumer.
Collection from Premises
No refund will be given on products collected from our premises in plastic bags. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Refund Processing
Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange accordingly. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to reflect on your statement. Please note that refunds may not be issued if the return is initiated after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase or if the product is damaged.
Restocking/Administrative Fees
A restocking, administrative, packaging, and handling fee of up to 15% may be applicable on returns, refunds, or exchanges, where necessary. This fee covers the costs associated with processing returned items and maintaining our high-quality standards. If a product is not available in full, lead times of 2-3 weeks may apply.
